Priscilla Mahoney, LICSW

Priscilla is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has 24 years of experience in working with families, couples and individuals in a variety of clinical settings. Her expertise is in addressing conflicts within families, relationship problems, personal stress and adjustment issues.

Priscilla has over 17 years of experience as an administrator in Behavioral Health Programs in major hospitals in Massachusetts. In these positions she was responsible for conflict resolution and facilitation between agencies and individuals on a routine basis.

In addition she has worked as a volunteer mediator for the Massachusetts court system facilitating cases in small claims/civil matters. Priscilla provides mediation in a private practice setting focusing on family law matters.

Priscilla received formal training to become a Certified Mediator in Massachusetts. Priscilla has two Masters degrees from Boston College one in Counseling/Psychology and the other in Clinical Social Work.

Richard W. Kearney, Esq.

Richard is a practicing attorney in Massachusetts with over thirty years of experience in private practice and corporate law. Richard has experience in a broad range of practice areas including corporate and business law, securities, complex civil litigation, estate planning, retail and commercial real estate and intellectual property issues such as licensing, proprietary rights, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights and confidentiality.
