Unlike obtaining individual legal counsel, the use of mediation services does not require a retainer fee. Fees are based on the time spent meeting in sessions with the mediator and the time the mediator spends to draft documents for the parties.

The fee structure for Richard W. Kearney, Esq. is $300/hour.
The fee structure for Priscilla Mahoney, LICSW is $ 225/hour.

In some cases, parties prefer to have both a male and female mediator present to facilitate the discussions. In this case, South Shore Dispute Resolution offers a moderately reduced fee of $450 for both mediators.

All paperwork required for court is prepared by the staff of South Shore Dispute Resolution.
